American Racing Headers' system for the GTO is on the market to a powerful statement. Designed with the finest 304 Stainless Steel, these headers are available in both 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" primaries. Scavenger spikes and merge collectors are standard in the construction of these headers, and they are also available with fantasic high flow, bullet proof, metallic substrate cats. The system is also designed to be a direct bolt-in replacement for all 2004-06 models, so it is easily installed from underneath your Pontiac GTO. Once on your vehicle you can expect great horsepower and torque gains throughout the full RPM range. This full header system will provide incredible HP and Torque gains to your GTO across the entire rpm range. Because of the degree of these changes, an aftermarket tune is required with the installation of any long tube header system.

System is available either with standard catted down connection pipes, or with the upgraded 3" performance x-pipe. The X-Pipe will provide increased performance gains, as well an improved exhaust tone, and will go back to the axles. There it will install with the stock mufflers or with any standard aftermarket axleback exhaust.
