Complete Kit Includes:
Stainless Steel Headers with or Without Heat Exchangers -Hi-Flow Stainless Steel Performance Muffler With 3" oval outlet - 6 Primary Gaskets (911SC & Carrera only) - 2 Header Gaskets - Oxygen Sensor Extension & Adapter (Carrera Only) - 2 Oil Lines and Adapters (911SC & Carrera only) - All necessary hardware for installation including Nuts, Bolts, and special installation Wrench.

We started from scratch to offer a complete high performance exhaust system for the Porsche 911. Extensive dyno testing on our in-house dynamometer afforded us impressive horsepower and torque gains throughout the entire power band. Headers and muffler are meticulously built by hand using T304 Stainless Steel for a lifetime of performance - guaranteed! Included in the kit is the header set, 1.625" or 1.75" primary tube diameter, with or without heat exchangers. Our proprietary twin inlet muffler built specifically for your street or race application is also included in this complete exhaust system.

The kit for the naturally aspirated Porsche 911 includes all necessary hardware, gaskets and accessroies needed for a complete installation. Factory-fit, cat-inlet mufflers are also available in a wide variety of applications and configurations with your choice of tips.

Sadly, based on Billy Boat's production, we are unable to offer a full system with any after-cat system other than the 3" Oval Single Exit. If you want a different after-cat system, please view the performance headers page.
