Billy Boat CTS V Exhaust System
The luxury of a Cadillac and the performance of a Corvette have collided to create a beautiful blend of speed and styling with the introduction of the 2004 V-Series Cadillac CTS. Equipped with the same 5.7 liter V-8 engine featured on the Corvette Z06 and producing 400 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft of torque, the Cadillac CTS-V is a new generation of domestic performance-bred luxury sedans. Until recently, luxury sedans with high performance characteristics were left to the marvels of German engineering, and those wishing to buy domestic were left with no options until now.
As an acclaimed U.S. manufacturer of performance exhaust systems for Corvettes, it was second-nature for Billy Boat to embrace an exhaust mod for the LS6 equipped Cadillac CTS-V. Track-tested at Germany's famed Nürburgring, the V-Series represents a new class of spirited and sophisticated Cadillac's. Billy Boat Performance set out to develop a system that reflects the newly redefined Cadillac edginess with a perfectly tuned and styled exhaust system.

Billy Boat offers three different flavors of the Cadillac CTS-V Exhaust system. These three exhausts fall in to two different categories: Sport and Touring. The Sport is further divided in to two different systems: that with the Resonator, and that with the X-Pipe. These two systems will both offer more performance increase over the Touring system, and both will also be louder. The Resonator system is the middle ground between the three, as the center Resonator will minimize the exhaust drone at certain RPMs. The X-Pipe system is not this docile, and the exhaust noise will be greater than with the other two systems. The Touring system is the most docile of the three, but is still a Billy Boat exhaust system and provides the quality and performance boost to be expected.
