Billy Boat Impala SS Exhaust System (1994-1996)

Billy Boat Performance Exhaust uses only the finest quality T-304 stainless steel materials throughout. This Billy Boat exhaust is state-of-the-art, giving a lifetime of performance and reliability-guaranteed. Designed to fit from the cat back, the Billy Boat Performance Exhaust for the Impala SS emits an impressive yet tame exhaust note, high-quality looks and dyno proven results. You can choose between rear exiting exhaust tip locations, side exit or stealth configurations. The rear and side exit are fitted with out 4.5" oval exhaust tip. Side exit eliminates the resonator for a more aggressive sound.

Using their in-house Dynojet chassis dyno, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust designed the exhaust system for the Chevrolet Impala SS to maximize all around performance. Exhaust pipe diameter is increased to 2.5" and is mandrel bent for improved flow. The mufflers are completely hand built in-house for the Impala SS giving the care a mellow and always pleasing to the ear. Final dyno tests results show a 23 hp increase measured at the rear wheels.
