Porsche 911 Performance Headers

We started from scratch to offer a complete high performance exhaust system for the Porsche 911. Extensive dyno testing on our in-house dynamometer afforded us impressive horsepower and torque gains throughout the entire power band. Headers and muffler are meticulously built by hand using T304 Stainless Steel for a lifetime of performance - guaranteed! Included in the kit is the header set, 1.625" or 1.75" primary tube diameter, with or without heat exchangers. Our proprietary twin inlet muffler built specifically for your street or race application is also included in this complete exhaust system.

The complete header kit for the naturally aspirated Porsche 911 includes all necessary hardware, gaskets and accessroies needed for a complete installation. Factory-fit, cat-inlet mufflers are also available in a wide variety of applications and configurations with your choice of tips. Choose with or without heat exchangers!

The hardware installation kit is necessary to properly install these Porsche 911 Billy Boat performance headers. Headers will only work with Billy Boat exhaust systems as well. A complete kit, including all pieces, is offered at a discount but does not allow for much personal vehicle customization. Please look at both the complete kit, and the different after-cat systems available before making your decision as to which header set you want to purchase for your 911 SC or Carrera.

Hardware installation kit includes: Primary gaskets, header gaskets, Oxygen sensor and adaptor, oil lines and adaptors, and all other necessary hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.) for header installation.
