Products you purchase on the SOUTHERN CAR PARTS Sites may be accompanied by a manufacturer’s warranty. This is your only warranty with respect to the products. Except as otherwise specifically provided, SOUTHERN CAR PARTS does not itself warrant any of the products offered for sale on the SOUTHERN CAR PARTS Sites. SOUTHERN CAR PARTS is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from any products sold on the SOUTHERN CAR PARTS Sites.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All products have 90 day exchange or return policy. Only returns are accepted if the product is defective and cannot be swapped for a functional version of the same product. All other exchanges and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Coverking Car Covers, Lloyds Lloyds floor mats, Wind Restictor, and other custom made and special order products (as notated in the producy description) ARE NOT returnable if NOT defective. Seibon Products are only exchangeble for a replacement product and are not returnable. All Borla products, unless defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are ordered incorrectly by the customer ARE subject to a 20% return fee. Some exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. How products affect your new vehicle warranty. Parts offered for sale on the SOUTHERN CAR PARTS Sites may impact your new vehicle warranty. It is generally illegal for a dealership to void your warranty simply because you have made modifications to your vehicle. It is the dealerships responsibility to prove that your modification directly caused or affected the failure. However, some dealerships are more performance-oriented and willing to work with customers on these issues. You should consult with your local dealership regarding their warranty policies. SOUTHERN CAR PARTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THIS SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITES AND ITS SERVER(S) ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES AND/OR OTHER HARMFUL MATERIALS. IF YOUR USE OF THE SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITES OR THE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, SOUTHERN CAR PARTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Limitation on Liability.

REMEDY: IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITES, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE TO CEASE USING THE SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH A SOUTHERN CAR PARTS SITE, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.
