A surefire way to improve the performance and appearance of your Corvette is by modifying the exterior body panel pieces. None of these pieces is as recognizable, however, as the hood. A new hood will give your Corvette a unique, custom, look that really sets it apart from the others on the road. This Corvette hood not only provides that enhanced look, but it also provides extra space in the engine bay for a supercharger--to really help improve performance! Hood is made from incredibly high quality components for OEM-like finish and fitment, and durability to last the life of the vehicle.

This hood is finished with a display window cut in to the hood cowl over the engine. This display window allows for use of interchangable panels, depending upon your vehicle hood needs:

• The primary panel is a louvered, active, Heat Extractor insert allows for the pulling of hot air from the Corvette engine bay to help keep your 'Vette running cooler and more efficient, even under the most extreme track conditions. Heat Extractor Insert can allow for rainwater to get in to the engine bay, and for this reason is not recommended for daily driving. Ideal application for the active Heat Extractor insert is for track days where extra cooling power is key to engine efficiency.
• The seconday, clear, polycarbonate window keeps your engine dry and clean, while also showing off the engine with the hood closed. The Polycarbonate Display Window is made from high quality components that are strong, clear, and durable, and easily cleaned. This Polycarbonate Window will not scratch, haze, or chip under normal road driving conditions, and will give your Corvette a very unique, custom, showcar quality appearance.
• Finally, there is also a flat, carbon fiber insert. This insert piece allows for the owner to insert a single panel in their hood that will close the hood off from water entering, as well as from prying eyes seeing what's underneath. A great way to add a touch of "sleeper" to your Supercharged Corvette, this hood allows for you to easily change from showcar display window to road-driving, hidden, insert. The Carbon Fiber Insert panel is ideal for leaving that "wow" moment for when the hood is open--or, for when the gas pedal is pressed to the floor.

Made from its validated process each quality panel will be injected, prepped and primed to deliver a new level of quality never seen in the Corvette community. Panels can be installed on any C6 Corvette 2005 and up including coupes, convertibles and Z06.

This hood offers over 4” of additional engine clearance over a stock hood, it is the largest available on the market. It will clear all superchargers and undeniably show your Corvette has something special under the hood. Hood comes primed, prepped, and ready for painting.

Internal coated hardware is designed to meet OEM specifications and ensure your safety in the event of a collision. Rear hinge hardware incorporates a threaded metal bump stop receptacle along with a reinforced crash hook receiver.
