Installation Instructions Below..
Thank you for purchasing your SouthernCarParts “Invisi-Lock”. Your Invisi-Lock is made of high quality material and built
to withstand the rigors of day-to-day driving conditions. We hope you enjoy your new purchase and the new look it provides
your car.
Taking Care of Your Invisi-Lock
The magnets used in the creation of your Invisi-Lock are extremely strong, and must be handled with care. To ensure the
Usefulness of your Invisi-Lock please be sure of the following:
1. Invisilock Key Hole covers are brittle and prone to chipping and cracking. They do not take kindly to machining. Handle them
with care. They have a VERY strong magnetic pull (28 lbs of holding power) and can chip their paint if they grab hold of a
metal object without protection (cloth or paper towel)
2. Invisilock Key Hole Covers will lose their magnetic properties if heated above 175° F (80° C)
3. Invisilock Key Hole covers should never be burned, as burning them will create toxic fumes.
4. Keep in mind, your Invisi-Lock is painted with OEM materials (primer, basecoat, and clearcoat) and will withstand day to
day activity. Just like any other painted surface, it can chip if dropped or banged against another solid object.
5. If you have two Invisi Locks, keep them separate. They LOVE to be near each other and will JUMP long distances to be
with fellow Invisi Locks. Unfortunately they tend to chip each other’s paint when this happens. Also keep them away from
other metals as the same paint damage may occur.
Installation of your Invisi-Lock
The Invisi-Lock Key Hole Cover is easily installed and can also be removed in case your key fob stops working or you require access
to your key hole for any reason.
To install
1. DO NOT INSTALL THE INVISI-LOCK KEY HOLE COVER if the brown spacer has come off of the back of the invisilock.
It will be very hard to remove from the keyhole without the spacer.
2 Gently insert the Invisi-Lock into your key hole, with the brown spacer against your keyhole and painted surface facing out,
To remove
1. Simply touch your Invisi-Lock Key Hole cover with a metal object like a key-chain, nail head, or bolt head. If at all
possible place a cloth between the metal object and the keyhole cover to prevent chipping of the paint.
