Kooks Corvette Z06 and ZR1 includes O2 Sensor Extensions and all necessary hardware for installation.
Kooks Corvette Z06 and ZR1 Headers are 304 stainless steel long tube headers that come with a lifetime warranty. Kooks builds all of their products to the highest standards, and these are possibly the absolute best headers you can buy for your Corvette Z06. They feature 1 7/8" primaries, and 3" collectors with O2 Sensor ports welded in to the pipes. With a proper tune, these headers are good for 20-35HP additional on your Z06. The 1 7/8" are the largest tube design made for the Z06, and will support over 750HP!

The 2" Headers are only recommended for installation with the highest modified Corvettes. For applications closer to stock, the 2" Primaries will cause problems, and for this reason the 2" system is only recommended for high-performance track-focused Corvette applications, and extremely high-boost vehicles. Also, because of the degree of boost required to properly run a 2" system we will only sell those with non-catted X-Pipes. The pressure and boost that a Corvette that requires 2" piping will exert will greatly decrease the life and functionality of high flow cats.
Kooks headers and X pipe are designed to be combined with or without the factory exhaust. You can add Headers and the Kooks X pipe and retain the rest of your OEM exhaust system or you can mix and match with other exhaust systems as long as they are compatible with the OEM system. For instance, you can use Kooks Headers and X Pipe on your C6, and have a Borla Axleback exhaust. All Kooks products are designed to be compatible with the OEM system. You must always use the Kooks X pipe and Kooks headers to keep everything aligned back to the catback system or OEM system. As long as you use Kooks Headers and the X pipe, everything will bolt right up just as it would with the OEM system.

Please understand that you need the Kooks X Pipe if you are going to put headers on your car. The Kooks X pipe accommodates for the change in downpipe length so that once you get to the end of the Kooks X pipe you can connect any aftermarket or OEM system to the Kooks X-pipe and it will align exactly where the factory H pipe would be. Unless you are using a special application, you will need the X pipe.
