Nissan GT-R R35 Dry Carbon Radiator Cooling Panel
It gets pretty hot under the GT-R bonnet so the guys at Password:JDM made this Dry Carbon Fiber Radiator Cooling Panel to help with that. Besides reducing as much weight as possible from the OEM piece, it's also a functional and attractive addition. By utilizing an exclusive epoxy resin they can get a shiny finish through polishing, and not clearcoating like the other guys. Clearcoat adds unnecessary weight so they left it out. If you look at the OEM rear undertray diffuser, you’ll see even Nissan didn’t clearcoat their carbon piece for the same reason. This cooling plate also reduces turbulent air from going over the radiator and into the engine bay so all the air is forced through the radiator maximizing its cooling effectiveness, and everyone knows that an engine that breathes better is a happy engine.
