PFADT Tri-Y C6 Corvette Headers
Increase your Corvette's performance by allowing your LS engine to breathe better, and in return receive greater HP and Torque numbers across the entire RPM band as well as an improved and more aggressive exhaust tone. These headers, manufactured by PFADT Racing Engineering's Power Products division, are built entirely from T-304 Stainless Steel, hand TIG welded, and produced in the US at PFADT's Salt Lake City headquarters. Each header features PFADT's unique Tri-Y header design with 4-2-1 stepped tube merging for an even and powerful flow that allows your engine to breathe much better than ever before. Features 1.75" stepped to 2" primaries with full 3" exhaust piping back.


This full header kit features both the high flow PFADT performance headers and 3" performance X-Pipe. The X-Pipe, just like the rest of PFADT's Corvette Headers, are manufactured from T304 Stainless Steel with a brushed finish, and feature either catless straight pipes or single piece pipes fitted with metallic substrate high-flow catalytic converters.


The design of the PFADT performance headers is absolutely brilliant. Slipping perfectly in to the engine bay area, PFADT utilizes intelligent mandrel bent piping layouts for equivalent length header primary tubes that don't create issues with ground clearance. Comes with necessary O2 Sensor extenders for utilization of stock engine components without throwing codes. Each PFADT header system also features Cometic Multi-Layer steel gasket upgrades for enhanced system strength, durability, and performance.


Long known only as a suspension performance company, PFADT is making a big splash in the power production market with these new Corvette headers. Each system was developed in house, tested on the race track, tuned multiple times, and machine produced to ensure they provide optimal air flow and performance. On an LS3 powered C6 Corvette with, PFADT headers and the appropriate header optimizing tune, gains of over 60HP and 50 lb/ft TQ were seen, with rises in power and performance apparent across the entire RPM band. The extra air flow results in a more powerful and resonant exhaust tone as well, helping bring out the monster sound of the Chevrolet Small Block LS V8 engine more than ever before.
