The Evolution system represents the top line of Akrapovic aftermarket exhaust systems for Porsche’s bestseller. The uniquely designed muffler from the Slip-On system with an added lightweight and exhaust flow–optimized link pipe set with bigger tubes fully represents the titanium Evolution exhaust system. This computer-designed system has been created to produce a deep, aggressive sound that transforms the Turbo into a racing machine. This is especially the case after removing the point-welded block in the link pipe that prevents bypassing the muffler. To control the sound level, Akrapovic offers an optional wireless kit. It’s up to you when you want to have a polite SUV cruiser or the sound of a racing machine. The Evolution system also works with the factory valve control system. The Akrapovic sound of the Cayenne Turbo’s engine is drone free and satisfies the ears with a muscly note that goes along with the unique muscle design of titanium or carbon fiber tail pipes. Both handcrafted sets are bigger in diameter than stock (105 mm). In addition to making the Cayenne more attractive, fitting an Akrapovic Evolution system on this SUV also has the advantage of keeping the weight down.
The Evolution system, made from proprietary high-strength and lightweight titanium, delivers more power, improves responsiveness, and adds more torque. Altogether the system offers a complete package of unique image, deep aggressive sound, power gain, and weight loss.
For ultimate tuning potential, additional weight reduction, and a great racing sound, we offer titanium downpipes without cats. These high-flow downpipes eliminate the second pair of catalysts; they require ECU reprogramming and are a perfect fit with the Evolution exhaust system.
Also available for this system is Akrapovic's unique and patented wireless exhaust control kit. This kit allows for installation inside the vehicle and push-button control over the exhaust system's bi-modal function. By installing this on your Akrapovic Evolution outfitted Porsche Cayenne you're able to control when your exhaust tips are either open or closed, and by extension, your exhaust's tone and aggressiveness.

This product is intended for use only on racing vehicles on closed courses. It is not for use on roads or vehicles otherwise subject to emission-control requirements. In California, this product should not be used on any vehicle that is registered or licensed for use on public roads.
When installing an aftermarket AkrapoviÄ exhaust system developed for use on closed tracks, we recommend remapping the ECU in order to prevent potential “check engine light” warning signals.
When installing AkrapoviÄ’s aftermarket optional down pipes without catalytic converters, which are developed for use on closed tracks only, remapping the ECU is mandatory.

Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
