We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement.

SouthernCarParts has a 30 day money back return policy for most all products.(unless otherwise  specifed in the product description). If you are not happy for any reason, you may return your product, (assuming it is still in "new condition") for a full refund.

For Kooks Header products All Sales are considered final upon receipt of Purchased product by Customer. Special Order items are NOT returnable. Kooks Product Return Policy : Product will not be accepted for credit without prior consent and Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) issued. No Products may be returned for credit after 30 days from receipt of the products by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products, except in the case of a Kooks/Southern Car Parts Error. All Shortages or damages must be reported to Kooks or Southern Car Parts within 5 days of the receipt of product by the customer.
