If you are looking to add more power to your ZL1 Camaro but do not want the added expense or hassle of adding a tune to your car then this is the intake for you. After months of testing and development, Roto-fab is excited to announce the release of our cold air intake system for the 2017-2023 Camaro ZL1! While most modifications made to your Camaro will either improve the appearance of your car, add power or improve sound, a Roto-fab CAI is one of the very few additions that achieves all of this and more! Our testing showed a 26 HP gain with no tune or other modifications!
When we began development of the 6th Gen ZL1 CAI, we set out to create a truly outstanding air intake system. After all, who wants to put a run of the mill intake on a supercar?! We implemented our tried and true strategies of combining a huge air filter with an air box that effectively seals to your hood and your fresh incoming air duct. Our open-top design also allows for great airbox volume and accessibility! As always, it was a top priority of ours to make this a true No Tune system, which you can safely and confidently run on your factory calibration. The Roto-fab CAI is a great option for anyone looking to mod their 6th Gen ZL1. Whether you want to heavily modify beyond the 1,000 HP mark, or you just want easy bolt on power with no tune, the Roto-fab cold air intake is sure to impress. We have also observed an improvement in throttle response, quicker acceleration, and a substantially louder supercharger sound under acceleration. The 2016-2023 Roto-fab ZL1 intake system has proven to be the best ZL1 system on the market time and time again.
Our open top design perfectly seals to the hood which increases airbox volume while providing all of the advantages of a lid. We use top quality components throughout the system including high gloss silicone hose couplers, molded-in inserts, stainless steel hose clamps, stainless steel fasteners for airbox and MAF sensor mounting and high-quality filters designed to last for the life of the vehicle. The air box and duct work are custom made to boost air flow and fit the car perfectly. The logo badge on the air box has a black anodized finish with a laser etched Roto-fab logo. We also include a red Roto-fab vinyl graphic in the instructions giving users the option of reversing the badge and applying the red logo to match the red lettering on the engine covers. Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
