For years engine builders have been pushing motors to the limits of their ability, and at Hawk Performance we continue to get one step closer to the ABS Rev Limiter. High Performance Street 5.0 is one step closer to giving you the greatest stopping power and pedal feel for your vehicle without compromising your ABS. Too much Brake Torque and your ABS goes into ICE mode, too little and there is no improvement to the product. Pedal feedback, Noise, Brake Torque and Dust control was our goal with High Performance Street 5.0. Not a replacement for our current HPS product, but a change that allows the driver to challenge themselves and their car with a new and unique driving feel. High Performance Street 5.0 disc brake pads are designed to be the premium replacement pad for your American Muscle sports car, German or Italian Touring Sedan, Tuner Market, Light Truck and SUV with over 1900 vehicle applications offered. This makes them more responsive and durable than most standard original brakes and makes Hawk Performance High Performance Street 5.0 Pads the best choice to increase your braking performance and reliability while being both cost conscious and “Made in the USA” As standard brake pads wear, brake dust is released as the friction material wears in everyday braking. Hawk High Performance Street 5.0 brake pads are formulated to produce and release extremely low levels of dust in normal street driving conditions while also being very quiet. ·Fits 2020-2021 Corvette Base Stingray only. Hawk Performance burnishes its Performance brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance. Bed-in / Burnishing Instructions ·After installing new brake pads, make 6-to-10 stops from approximately 30-35 MPH applying moderate pressure. ·Make an additional 2-to-3 hard stops from approximately 40-45 MPH. ·DO NOT DRAG BRAKES! ·Allow at least 15 minutes for the brake system to cool down. ·After step 4 is completed, your new Hawk Performance brake pads are ready for use

Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
