Billy Boat Fusion and Halltech MF103 Stage 1 Performance Package for the C6 Z06
This C6 Z06 Stage 1 Performance Package from Southern Car Parts provides all of the first step component pieces that a Corvette Z06 driver will need to get greater performance and drivability out of their vehicle. When Horsepower and Torque are the topic of conversation, the name of the game is always air flow through the engine, especially on a large displacement American Small-Block V8 Engine like the LS7 in the C6 Z06. The Corvette engine benefits greatly in performance from the installation of a new exhaust and intake system. A new exhaust system like the Billy Boat Fusion will provide increased exhaust volume and improved exhaust tone by replacing the restrictive stock mufflers with brilliantly designed aftermarket ones. Changing out the stock air box with a true Cold Air intake system from Halltech, their extremely popular SuperBee MF103 package in this case, will help to isolate the oversized air filter from the engine's hot air and increase flow of cooler air through the engine for incredible boosts in performance.
Alone, each of these parts increases performance. The Billy Boat Fusion exhaust provides gains of 10-13 rwhp, and the Halltech SuperBee MF103 will provide 12-14 rwhp as well. These numbers are achieved without the need of an aftermarket tune, and the installation of these two products together will not void a factory warranty. If you're looking for optimal performance, however, installation of these products and a proper dyno tune for your C6 Corvette can result in more than 40 rwhp gained.
The Billy Boat Corvette ZR1 and Z06 Fusion Exhaust takes the already awesome stock Z06-ZR1 exhaust design and improves it to a perfect blend of sound and power. Billy Boat is one of the few aftermarket performance exhaust providers that retains the mild to wild roar of the Z06-ZR1 dual mode exhaust. Your sill have butterfly valves in the B&B fusion system that you did with your stock system so you can continue to get the Jekyl to Hyde transformation of your Corvette.
Did you know you stock Z06 exhaust is a 3" system that funnels down to 2.5" as it goes into the mufflers. This reduction in pipe size reduces flow and performance, limiting your Corvette Z06 from realizing its full potential. The B&B Fusion system is a full 3" system built with T-304 stainless steel. B&B uses only top quality materials with mandrel bends for maximum flow and performance. The system uses the PRT center muffler section for high exhaust flow and enhanced sound control, while the rear section is a 3" version of the B&B Bullet system, using an additional small resonated muffler at the back of the system.
The new Super Bee MF103 requires NO TUNING and has better than stock idle manners due to the MAF forward design and integrated velocity stack built into the filter flange. Made from roto-molded cross link polyethylene it brings the same horsepower to your LS7 or LS3 as you have seen in past years with the Super Bee FG102 or CF112 Carbon. Size matters, and the Super Bee MF103 is 102.5mm at the MAF read and at the exit, meaning it is larger than the massive Williams Performance 102 Throttle Body, but comes with the connector hose so it can be used with the stock throttle body. Comes complete with the Beehive!

We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
