Halltech MF107 Tuning Recommended Edition Super Bee for the C6 Corvette Z06
If you're looking for optimal performance numbers for your C6 Z06 a proper cold air intake system and dyno tune are necessary, and this incredible MF107 Halltech Super Bee is the premiere tuner intake available. Designed and manufactured specifically for the C6 Z06, the Halltech Super Bee MF107 is unmatched by the competition. Designed originally for use with the Williams Performance 102mm Throttle Body/FAST LSXR 102 intake manifold, and big cam and heads motors, the Super Bee MF107R inlet measures 106.7mm and so does the outlet. The MF107R Super Bee is larger than any throttle body on the market, so the point of restriction will never be the air induction system again for your C6 Z06. Halltech's Super Flow 15" Filter with our built in velocity stack, and MAF Forward design brings nearly fully developed laminar flow to the MAF meter for perfect idle quality and accurate closed loop and open loop reporting. This intake is for the tuner who is looking for the maximum flow numbers, where tuning is already required due to other mods.
Halltech Super Bee MF107R (2006-2011 Z06) w/ Beehive Race Version. Tuning will likely be required due to the 106.7mm MAF area scaling. Roto-molding comes to the Super Bee CF112 after 18 months in carbon fiber. MAF forward, and a larger plenum the Super Bee MF107R will feed need for air and is a direct clone of the mighty Super Bee CF112 Carbon that has crushed the competition.
The MAF is designed to under-report mass air by +9%, so in some cases this will work perfectly without tuning at all. The MAF read area is 106.5mm (13.85 sq.in), larger than any other intake system on the market made for the C6. This intake can also be adapted to the 2005-2007 C6 LS2 with our conversion kit. MAF recal is mandatory in the case of the LS2. The Beehive heat shield conserves the +15 HP/14lbs-ft torque, unlike the stock induction system, which is full of hot air, and features a "girlie man" tampon for a filter. Our Super Bee MF107R has "Better Than Stock" idle and low throttle anti-surging technology for the huge cam crowd. Testing has been done for over 15 months with the Halltech Super Bee on motors that have reached the 660+ HP mark for naturally aspirated track motors by Katech, Quality Motorsports, LPE, Halltech, Nesenger Chevrolet, Jerry's Chevrolet, LS1 Speed, and many other tuners.

Shipping
We utilize UPS, Fedex, and USPS for all of our shipping needs. Carrier choice is based upon availability and needs of the customer and is the sole discretion of SouthernCarParts. We always try to ship within 24 hours of order placement (do to the custom nature of some products, shipping within 24 hours is impossible, actual shipping time frames will be listed in the product description). Please keep in mind that some products such as Custom Fit Car Covers, Lloyds Floor Mats, Painted accessories, and Racemesh Products can take 3 -10 days to ship and are charged at time of order placement. Racemesh products take 4 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our returns department within 30 days of purchase at orders@southerncarparts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call (888-631-1433). Southern Car Parts will not accept returned goods without prior authorization and an RMA# written clearly on the exterior of the box. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Custom painted parts - Once these parts are started, we can refund you less the paint(chemicals) that have been used. Exception is rear spoilers and front splitters, we can refund less 20%.
Custom-made-to-order items are NOT returnable. This includes embroidered floor mats and car covers.
Damages in Shipping
All damages from shipping must be reported to Southern Car Parts within two business days from tracking number delivery confirmation. After two business days, damages become the responsibility of the customer.
